Winter Dune

Typical winter scene along Long Beach Island at the Jersey Shore. This was shot
last Thursday near Lavallette.

it's a little yellow for my tastes. do you mind if I take a pass at correcting colors ??

Not at all. It's not the first image I've posted that's been critiqued as too yellow.
Maybe I'll do a little adjusting myself, too. I added a little blue to the levels on this one.

Ha, ha. Nothing wrong with warming things up, is there? Actually, I left the yellow in there because I recall seeing several winter dune paintings with the same yellow tint to them. I'm not even sure whether or not I like the blue versions better. The problem I
have with the blues is that they are brighter and give the impression that the sun is
out. Yet you can see there is fog on the water.
