All the shots are clear and sharp but I feel the mid day sun sort of washed the life out of the shots. The cropping seemed a bit too tight for my tastes as well.

Then again, I'm a noob at this genre of photography so feel free to ignore my comments. ;)

The sun was hitting him straight on at 5PM...must singer's cropping need to get eye contact, else is it just s shot. Thank you for your comments.

My apologies for getting the time of day wrong. I guess it was just the effect of the sun on his face in the first couple of shots that drew me to that assumption.

From the color of the tie in #2 I'm guessing Lightroom?

Last one is nice. Good expression.

:) the sun goes down about 8pm in southern cal...:) and it was just hitting him full blast. On top of that I think he got a sun burn.

PS CS3. He was wearing also a dark blue attire and he is pretty white...on top of that I had the sun to deal with. He is a disney channel star and is pretty big in the teenage arena. This is his official website http://www.jessemac.com/index2.html I didn't know who he was until after the shots. 99.99% of the crowds were 10-14 year olds. My hearing and nerves were gone after I was done. Have you ever heard 2,000 12 yeard olds scream...? :shock: I was in a similiar arena during a jessica simpson concert.
