HELP with Photoshop Elements 3.0

I know PE 3.0 is old, but it's what I have and I like it...

I have 8 layers and I need to move the image on Layer 1, the frame on Layer 2, and the Shadow on Layer 3.

I have grouped the layers, but when I go to move the "group", the only that moves is the layer I have selected, and the other two layers stay put.

I could swear I have done this before, but I am having a major brain fart and can't seem to remember what step I'm missing.

Can someone help me?

I use PSE 3.0 too and I just tried doing what you're saying. In my picture:

If I move the "main" layer of the group (green check), the whole group moves, if I move one of the "inner" ones (red Xs), only that one moves. Are you moving the main layer?

Thank You yunaiseng... I knew I had done this before and I knew I was following all of the steps, except one. I was just in brain freeze and couldn't see it. I was selecting the top most layer, not the botom most layer.

I fixed my issue. Thanks Again!
