I think that this is a very good shot. Nice outfit and nice model. If its a poster I'll buy it for sure.

CeeCee - What kind of lighting set up did you have? Looks good, just interested in how you achieved this look.

cee cee, i like the picture thank you.
question- did you post process in photoshop? and what did yuo do if you did?
reason why i'm asking is, her hair.. it looks too balled up.. unless it wasn't a windy day at the beach.

Well Ceecee, You've done a great job with this photo. Very nicely exposed, with a gorgeous model. I like the DOF here too. I think you can be proud of this photo. :D

Great shot!
It does look to me like a composite image?
Almost as if the model and the forground sand were merged with another image comprising the entir background and sky?

I got the same idea. Front and background don't match, specialy vissible around the models hair and the sand at her feet.

Who would've thought a couple pieces of burlap could look so sexy? ;)

I see what you mean there. Right at the edge of the sand "shelf" she is sitting on the bokeh chops to blur.
Either way it's a great photo. Stunning.

Thanks guys.
The initial photo was not anything special, and i had to quite a bit of "tweaking" - as most of you have noticed :-)
Model is placed in the shades - a row of trees (forrest) in bagground gave the shade. A few yards towards the water the sun was bright and i had a stylist to reflect the light onto the model.
Pretty basic
But the model likes the result - and me too, except for the hair that still need some attention.
