Looking For A Cache of 2nd Shooters - Dallas/Ft.Worth Area

Our business is growing, and I'm going to be on maternity leave as of March 2009, so we want to set up a cache of photographers we can contact for two or three photographer weddings.

If you would like to be considered when we need a second or third shooter, please reply to this thread with a link to your online portfolio, your pay requirements, and a list of your personal equipment (rentals will not be considered).

I am interested in your post for 2nd and 3rd wedding photographers needed. I have experience in portrait, wedding and some sports photography, but I have only done one wedding so far. However, my Canon equipment consists of (1) 5D and (1) 1D Mark III, a Speedlite 580EX, (1) 85MM F/1.2L, (1) 70-200MM F/2.8L, (1) Sigma 24-70MM F/2.8. I find it interesting you're demanding all of that, and yet you are providing any of your own information? I think that there are plenty of people with talent who still rent lenses, and there are plenty of people who suck who have tons of expensive equipment and have shot a bunch of crap. Plus you don't even mention any kind of pay range or anything. Hmm.. Plus March of 2009 is pretty far off.. If I fit your strict guidelines, I wouldn't want to commit for March 2009, as I will probably have my own weddings to shoot.
