I am camping in the rockies from August 1st - August 4th.
Currently my scheduled activities for this time are:
Friday 1st - Early morning hike to Dream Lake (possibly continue to Emerald Lake) to shoot sunrise photos. Twilight starts at 5:30AM in Estes. Probably leave the Bear Lake parking lot no later than 4:30AM.
From there, I will probably do some other things here and there in the park.
Saturday 2nd - Late Night, not sure on time - Star Trails at the top of Trail Ridge Road - there is a short hike to a rocky area to provide some interesting foreground. Several places that we could take photos.
Sunday/Monday - Nothing solid planned yet. Might go to Lilly Lake.
Anyone interested in coming up at anytime, just let me know. Anybody is welcome to come hike with me. I'm not the fastest hiker so nobody needs to worry about keeping up with anyone.
