I tried joining a forum hosted by Jasc (the photo editor software Paint Shop Pro) but it won't accept my password. I tried the 'forgot my password' option, but the new password won't work either. No way to contact them directly that I know of. Has anybody else had a problem there? I do know they were bought out by Corel but don't know if that's the problem.
