Hi,
A couple of questions for you all!

Just wondering what fine art paper people are using with the canon pro9500 printer or any printer for that matter. Have been experimenting with the canon fine art paper (fapr1) which is made for canon by hahnemuhle. The colour photos come out really well but black and white appears quite muted, is this a normal effect of texture fine art papers that are not glossy? Does anyone have any black and white printing paper preferences?

Have also just purchased a hahnemuhle test pack with assorted papers inside to check out the different textures.
Does the fact that hahnemuhle make the canon fine art paper mean that it is exactly the same as their own fine art paper, I have written to them several times but no reply as yet so someone here might know.
Cheers for your help

Yep, thats the one I have been testing, but it wasn't so good with black and white, what do you use for B&W?

Have you tried printing a B&W image that was in RGB working space?
I recently printed a few scans off B&W negatives, and got a better softproof to print match when printing an AdobeRGB image then when printing a Gray Gamma 2.2 image.
(Still looking into that one :o)
