1DS Raw

HI, I just posted at the same time as I am looking for the answer myself thought maybe someone here knows. I have just bought my first 1DS and have shot a couple of hundred frames on it now and could not be happier. However, I was looking for raw images which would be called CR2 but the raw images have the ending .tif, don't really understand why as they show up in rawshooter and adobe camera raw so the must be raw but why do they have this ending? before canon started using CRW/CR2 etc, they used to use .TIF :) don't worry its still RAW format ;)

Oh Great, thanks very much, it was confusing converting .tif to .tif. Thanks for the input.
