National Geographic photo workshops

Has anyone ever taken one of the workshops produced by National Geographic and what was your impression of it. I'm considering signing up for one next year in Santa Fe. All the nice photos and help on these forums are great at helping me think about my shots more, but I think I could use a lot of good personal instruction as well.
