Croping and resizing for web gallery

Do most of you crop what you want to see first and then resize it to a specific size that you would constantly use?

I usually crop it to print size, then resize (and down-sample) for web display.

I usually crop to a 2x3 aspect ration, unless the print size demands different.

Resize for web and save as a copy is always the last thing I do.
