Bought the S30 about a year ago together with a underwater casing and must say it was one of the best investment I've made along with the 1GB MD.

Just read the Canon underwater photography guide today and was pleasantly surprise that in Section 9:exercising your options, there are actually optional lens that can be fitted onto the unwaterwater casing?

Anyone with any experiences with these lens?

Unfortunantly for underwater photographers using Canon digicams, there just arn't enough of us to go around to give quality information in a forum like this. Also unfortunant is the price we pay for the gear we use compared to our land locked cousins, but for good reason I suppose.
About you question. I don't think that the lenses featured in that article are Canon products. The only aditional lenses that I know of come from Sea & Sea Inc.
A maker of cameras and eccessories. They produce a full line of lenses made for their MotorMarine II film camera, but with the use of an adaptor, also made by Sea & Sea, you can use all of the MM II's lenses. Unfortunantly they are very spendy,($300 for macro). They also produce digital strobes, that are a nice addition to your setup, and adds qualtiy to your UW pictures, if, you want to cash in your retirement.

Check out Sea & Sea's website, they have lots of good info.
