Long Tail Shrike... found this pair

I think this is the female... colors not so brilliant

Beautiful photos of beautiful birds. I like the angle on #2 even though the extra branches occlued the tail feathers a bit.

I never thought I would grow up to be a bird 'shooter,' but from the wonderful pictures 'round these parts . . . I might want to give it a try. What did you use for equipment to capture your images?

EOS10D + Sigma 50-500 + EX550

I never thought I would grow up to be a bird 'shooter,' but from the wonderful pictures 'round these parts . . . I might want to give it a try. What did you use for equipment to capture you images?
