Here is a shot of my Boxer, shot with 20D 75-300 evening light, head on to dog. 320 F6.0 ISO 400. Anybody like it?

I dont know what I did wrong here. This picture is blurry, the original is not. I resized in PS elements. Any ideas why its blurry?

Not sure why it is blurry but yes I like the dog, can I have him? : )
