When I'm outputting to tiff or jpeg it is turning my files into 32xsomething at 96 dpi. When I shoot in jpeg mode it creates files at 17x11 at 200 or so dpi.

If I go into Photoshop and resize leaving resample image unchecked, am I losing any quality changing a 32" 96dpi image into a 5x3 at 600 dpi?

Canon's raw convertor, dpp, is fine, it's usually the operator that's the problem.

Re photoshop: no, so long as you uncheck resample image.

I just saw Adobe's Photo Raw in CS, and I'm going to upgrade just for that.
