Any suggestion for correctly cutting, pasting and avoiding a "fake" aspect?

yeah don't cut and paste ;)

mask out the sky and drop your moon + sky in

There are free moon brushes for Photoshop (easy to find with Google). Here's one set:

i tried something in a fast work... but didn't masked the sky..

...just... i never did it...
