As an art photograph, It fails miserably. The background is distracting, the diagonal of the arm doesn't work well with the image's main subject, the WB is off, areas are highlighted poorly, and the expression of the child doesn't connect with the viewer. That is not even close to covering it either.

YIKES!!! Cool shot........but technically, the main subject was not properly focused.
