Well the work has begun. We are still working on some of our choices in terms of granite counter top colors and what color we want our backsplash and some other items but we have begun!

Just FYI your images could easily be below 100KB if you had made them slightly smaller and used "save for web". A moderator will probably change the images to links as they're huge files, 800KB which is just over the top for display on a forum.

Hey dinanm3atl

Do yourself a favor & shoot every wall in your house after all the rough mechanicals are finished (before insul & drywall). Shoot the bottom of the second floor joists as well. We (I) do this for our buyers. I show all the photo numbers on a plan adjacent to the correct walls. When I'm done I burn the plans & photos to a CD.

Really comes in handy when you need to know how an outlet was wired or how plumbing was run.
