monopod for 70-200 and 10D

I'm looking for advice on what monopod and ball head to get from the manfrotto range, for a 70 - 200mm and eos 10d, want to be able to pan with monopod.

I'm happy with the Manfrotto 276 (Bogen code 3006) with the Manfrotto 342 ball head - see this post (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?p=209531#post209531). You don't need any special pan head for monopod - just turn the monopod itself.
