How do you share an album with just one person?

I have to host some pictures online and I need to make sure that only this friend sees them. How do I go about this? I'm not so sure if this guy will download the 100 odd pics one of one and then send them around but I'm sure if its just a link to an album it will be passed around which is what i do no want. Of course, I'm gonna tell him not to pass them around but u gotta be safe right?!

make it in flash via something like lightroom. It can make a flash album so you can just host that. Then run a password script so you can give only them access. Obviously, you cannot stop them from handing the password out to others.
