Hi EE people,
I am back using EE and just upgraded to 2.2 - feels good to be back using EE.
Solved the problem, through my server admin I was only able to chmod files to 775, when I changed it to 777 via FTP program it all worked.
And a minor path problem.
The System Messages were a big help too, I printed them aout and read them carefully - amazing what you can learn in those messages.

I do have some questions which I will post here.
1. Back when I used to use 1.5 there was a document that showed you how to set up paths and if I remember correctly their was a tool? Where can I find more info on setting paths?
2. When I did the upgrade I placed all the upgraded files in the directory EE2. So can I delete the old files from my 1.5 install? Note that I installed EE 1.5 in the root of my sub domain.
3. I do have a path problem because in the public gallery no images show up but when in admin I can see the thumbs, large and micro thumb.
I am using 3 sizes (SMALL - 560 pixels, MEDIUM - 800 pixels and LARGE - 1000 pixels), of course I would upload the 1,000 pixel sized image and EE would create the smaller sizes correct?
Then I have 3 different folders in my Size Path Editor pointing to the corresponding folders small, medium and large - this is correct right?
