How to get this effect?

This is my Facebook friend. He has no clue cuz his photographer edited it. Can I get this effect using LR?

Looks like an off camera flash to the right and light PP work. Lower the saturation and vibrance via lightroom. Possible a slight increase in contrast and levels to balance it out.

The lighting? To my inexperienced eye, it looks like a strobe or softbox to camera right and maybe another light, lower power, to camera left and low, just about knee height?
