Ok this macro thing is addicting, i got my first macro lens about a week ago and ever since then i havent done anything but macro.

Took the kids to the duck pond yesterday and there were so many dragonflies, i managed to get a few shots of a couple of them, sorry i dont know the kinds.

CC is welcomed, thanx for looking.

Took this one with the camera flash, the ones i've done are with natural light so i wanted to see what i would look like with flash, i think i need to get me a macro ring or an external flash and practice.

Thats close up of the face is one of the best I have seen. Love that aqua color. Great set!

I thought the spotted one was a twelve spot, but the order is wrong. It should have brown on the end of the wing for that.

Try to google > images, blue dasher, male, to see if that looks right for the other.

Great shots. I am sorry to say though. This macro stuff is like the Lyle Lovett song about red-neckness. You catch it on your fingers, and it crawls right up your sleeve. Only here, you catch it through your right forefinger only, then it goes past your neck, and takes over a large portion of your brain. But there are worse things to suffer from in life. K

Very nice images.
The first looks a bit overexposed, but you sure fixed that situation on the rest of them.
I agree with the rest, great head shot.
