Yes, January 9th, in cold Switzerland I found this bush less than 300ft from my home.
The climate tends to be warmer than in the past.

We're getting the same here in the UK. My spring bulbs are already starting to come up and my apple trees are showing new growth on the buds. I guess it must be a result of much warmer winters?
