This picture confuses me.

Image is indeed pretty busy but I liked the two main subjects: dog and the man. There is something in their gaze. The chain on the dog, and the toy monkey looking like it's chained up as well are very interesting. The several beer cans in the frame also make me think the man is bound to them a bit - bound to life on the streets.

Overall, I like it! :)

First thought when the picture loaded was "This guy likes his 'wannabe' Australian beer."

Then I scrolled down a bit to feel sorry for that poor dog.

The image as a whole evokes a certain depressive comedy. While it makes you want to chuckle a bit, it's really a very sad scene.
