Here's a shot from today, at the L.A. Zoo's bird show. It sure is hard to track a flying bird at 400mm!

Great shot, Lonnie. Looks like you did a very good job of tracking the bird despite the difficulty. :D

Unfortunately my usually steady hands weren't quite up to the task that day, so I didn't get many really good shots. I just ordered a monopod, then I'll go back and try again.
