Yes, it's been about 80 (27 C) degrees here the past week... but enough bragging ;)

Here're two sunset shots... do they do anything for you? What about the first -- should I have pointed the camera lower/higher. Too many trees? Too much red?

Also, on the second, I tried to get a nice silhouette of the palm trees and I figured they should be off to one side or the other (because of where I was, it had to be to the left). Should they have been centered? Perhaps not been there at all?

I like them alot, and your lucky to have that weather! Which lens did you use?

I like the palm trees on the side; they sort of frame the picture on that side, and the building on the right counterbalances it. My personal preference would be to have palm trees without the buildings but I realize that probably isn't an option here. I think it would be nice if the building on the right were smaller or less prominent.

I used the EF 24-85mm for both shots. I actually managed to change lenses and take a few more pics, but all told I had about 10 minutes, which included climbing the ladder to the roof of the building ;)

I would have preferred no buildings as well, unfortunately that wasn't possible :cry:
