Now if that's not the so-called "rule of thirds," I don't know what is!!
Very nice shot though, I like the way the light is hitting the wall.

That IMO is a great picture.
I love b&w and there is so much more to that picture than I can explain.
I would gladly hang that up in my house.....had I taken it :) , I bet you are quite proud of it.

Thanks ! I like this picture also, but my girlfriend does not like B&W. You know what they say - the last word in this house is always mine - yes ma'am :lol:

What do you mean - heavy on the right ? The whole point was to show two similar things (windows in this case) and one different near by.

I like the composition. The contrast of the subjects works because of their positional asymmetry. Center-weighted photos can be boring.
There's nothing wrong with the good-old rule of thirds.

I think "heavy on the right" means tilted horizon.. ??
