I was debating to put this in Urban Life because of the situation but, it's more about the chopper I guess. The chopper was picking up a trauma patient that was involved in a pedestrian motor vehicle collision in my town. Decided to only shoot the bird because there was no sense in shooting the patient.

Sorry about the watermarks.

Let me know what you think.

# 4 is my favorite. And from a journo point of view, I really appreciate you not getting greedy with the patient, or much closer to the helo. Many do not understand that whatever little public officers know about photos and press, is what they see in the field.

These make a fantastic series, I would put # 6 on a paper without hesitation, as it tells the story.

Anyhow, all this mumbo-jumbo to say "Great Series. Thanks for sharing". :)

Cheers,

And you weren't tasered, threatend with being arrested or hassled in any way for shooting? Wow...what is this world coming to? ;)

Excellent series. I agree on #6...nearly the whole story in one frame. #3 is also nice since it has the dynamic of landing.

Well Done!

Thank you! I was hassled by the police, mainly because they know me since I'm a firefighter in that town. This call wasn't in my local though since the town is split in two for the two fire stations. So coming out to shoot it for the paper was okay. Didn't end up submitting these to work, but I did send them to a news site that I'm a volunteer staff photographer for. www.phillyfirenews.com
