I know there is already a thread with a funny ring shot, but please can you post your best, most creative ring shots, or ones you have come across

that would be against the rules of this forum, unless you have permission from the copyright holder.

That being said I have only had one client that wanted shots of the rings and they just wanted one with their hands... just a normal shot.

Posting a link to an image isn't against the forum rules. FYI. There didn't seem to be a stipulation that the photo had to be embedded in the post.

Here is one of mine from a few weeks ago. It was a little tough to shoot because I had a brides maid holding the the boquet the rings were in at the one spot where some natural light was coming in the chapel. I have not had much luck with ring shots and flash yet especially when it involves flowers.

what kind of lighting did you use to that you didn't get a glare?

I love doing the ring shots! This was from a couple weddings ago...I typically put them on the bouquet but this one I just asked them to hold their hands up for a quick snap.

Hello,
I've never embedded a photo in a reply; how do I do it?

Wait, I think I may have figured it out (how to embed a photo)

Since this is my only ring shot, I guess it's also my best :)

You wanna get a great smile on your bride and groom? When they have their rings on, look at the bride's and say to her, "Wow, that diamond almost looks real!" It gets'em every time;)
