Help me find a name

I'm having a little trouble coming up with a name for my business. I've thought about doing what most do and just using my name followed by photography, but honestly I don't like the way my name sounds. I've thought about just using my initials J.P. also.

Any help would be appreciated, so let me hear'em. Even if you know it's goofy name through it out there anyway. You never know I may like it, I'm weird like that.

Good point, but Jeff Potts just doesn't have the ring some names seems to have. Maybe it's because I've heard it all my life.:D

I've actually thought about about Potts shots for a nano second before I posted this thread.:D

I have seriously thought about JP Photography. I kind of has a rhythm and rhyme. I even sketched out a logo for it. I'll whip it one up and post it.

Keep'em coming there may be a gem out there yet. ;)

Use the street you grew up on and the name of your fist pet................. Wait that is something completely different. Just use your name, it works. I didn't but hey what do I know :) good luck. Seriously though, I am not at all a fan of the silly rhyming names i.e. Potts Shotts etc. Sounds like a place in the mall you would take your 3 year old to have his annual photo taken so you have a picture each year of their childhood.

sapearl's suggestion of JP Photography works for me, very simple,

It's how you are going to market your photos that you should put time into, if they are great, "JP" are easy initials to remember and to recommend, and at the end of the day, that's whats it all about.

What do you think about about Flashpoint Photography. Flashpoint is my user name on a few other forums. I would have used it here, but it was taken. That's ok though, I think Q-bert with a lens in his snout is kind of neat.

Anyway back on subject.
