For the life of me I can't figure out how to resize images in Lightroom.
Can someone give me a hand and walk me thru the process?
I can figure out how to crop just not resize.
Tks

Select a photo, file, export, under Image Setting, specify your photo dimensions (in pixels, inches, cms).

TksThe essence of the issue is that the picture doesn't get a size until you export it. Remember it's the basic elements of the pic not a real pic, until you "compile" it (to use a programmers term). So your previously output pic may have a given size already, but you can re-output whatever size you want from the same RAW file (master file) to the next image you "compile" from the pic. I'm assuming you're working with RAW.
Working with .jpg's, .tif's etc. the logic doesn't apply even though the final result may be exactly the same, you just output a new copy from your master copy. Aside from that if it can actually be "resized" I'm not aware of it and would be interested in hearing about it if so. So far I've been able to do anything I've wanted with the above idea.
So in practice... the crop establishes a "ratio" for the output size, not an actual size. To produce an image, you go to the "Library" tab, then at the bottom left click the "Export" button. From there choose the output process and size it to your specs in the new window that comes up and tell it to do it's job. :-)

Develop (top right)
Crop Overlay (small button under picture)
This is for crop size..image size has been mentioned above.
As mentioned it is not truly changed until you export the changes as a .jpeg
