Hi All,
Feedback would be great to help me improve! Just got a 580 EXII after these were taken so no flash used on most of them. Most taken with 20d/ 5D and tamron 28-75, canon 300mm prime, some with 70-200 f4 L. 15mm fisheye used for the black and white wide angle church pic.
Some editing in picasa, just learning photoshop now. Would like to get good enoughto do weddings/ portraits in time, so feedback appreciated.
Cheers!
Steve

Just an FYI
1) You are going to get scolded by a mod and told that you are not supposed to post that many pictures in a thread, it's supposed to be a maximum of eight photos.
2) That's too many to CC anyhow. I don't have that much time. :)

At a quick glance, Some seem underexposed, while a couple look like WB needs adjustment. Overall I love the shots. They look great IMO. But yes, you will feel the wrath of the heavy handed all-mighty mod...

sold5, I removed several of your images because of too many attachments, you may want to re-read http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=194511. Forum rules state two attachments or eight embedded images per thread.

Best advice would be not to shoot weddings until you have the equipment to do so.
You didn't say how you got the gig but to admit to buying a flash AFTER the wedding seems madness to me. Treat the occasions with the respect they deserve would be the first thing to take on board and to achieve that would require buying better lenses for starters.

Paul,
I think these are just shots he took at friends' weddings. He does mention hoping to be able to shoot weddings in the future - Which is why he is here I suppose.
Yes - I would say the white Balance (WB) is off - read up on that if you're not sure.
Focusing on the subject's eyes is generally the accepted standard. - I only see 2 images here so that's all I can comment on.
Keep shooting and studying - and sharing!
