How do you make a deck of cards in CS3 please?

Hi guys,
looking at making playing cards(ace,king,joker etc) on CS3,have searched but yet to find anything as of yet & inserting a picture of a model.

Did find how to make postage stamps though with the pictures of models but wanting to try the card theme.

Anyone know of any links to point me in the right direction please?

The face cards would be the hardest part.
