Looks good! I like how only one of your eyes shows the red and the other side of your face is shadowed- makes it more real

I would get rid of the reflection from the shadowed eye (your right, left side of photo). Then maybe recrop favoring the right side of the image just a tad more (show all of your left eye and less black on the left side of the photo). Perhaps try to bring the contrast around so your nose is more defined as well.
