Aleksandras,

Beautiful couple and beautifully photographed. Your photos always have such vivid colors and always "pop" from the screen. I love your composition style as well.

I love how truly photojournalistic it is. What lens did you use? The clarity is outstanding, plus the exposure in the church is perfect.

The lighting in all of them is exquisite. What Body, lens, flash, lighting setup we're you using..

I figured it was some primes, 85mm and others. Super hot. Since I shoot Canon the 85 1.2L is on my wish list in a bad way.. :)

I first saw your work a month ago and was just blown away. I am shooting a wedding this weekend.

I am the second shooter and it will be an outside wedding and the weather is suppose to be mostly sunny. Is there any advice you can provide?

Are you shooting a white balance card or anything when outside? Your colors always seem perfect!

The first, that I shall advise you, it to relax and shoot at the own pleasure. Strangely enough, but it will increase quality of shooting. Shoot at raw material, do not lose forces and time for adjustment of white balance. It is much easier for making then, in the converter. Look at faces. Search for beautifully laying down light. Aspire to choose a point of shooting so that the sun did not shine models in eyes. Is better, if light will be behind - sideways. Search for natural reflectors. It is ideal, if they will appear before model (sand on a beach, a brilliant road covering and so on). These are brief advice. It is difficult to advise in absentia. Anyway, I wish success. I hope, You will show result.:)

Thanks for the advice. The wedding is of my coworkers so he already stated no pressure. He has his primary photography and a videoographer but I would like to give him and his bride something special to go in the album.

I always shoot raw so I can use adobe lightroom to make my adjustments. I've seen photographers shoot a white card in the light and use that photo to set their white balance. I haven't done it yet but am wondering if that's the best way to go or you just set your white balance by finding a good midtone in your photo and setting it off of that.

Thanks for the speedy response and advice. I wish I could move to Lithuania and study under you!

Wonderful pictures Alek, stunning clarity and such a pretty bride and handsome groom, you show them so well on their special day.

My Daughter in law is from Lithuania and has just made me a Grandfather, it seems to me that Lithuanian women are very pretty, you must have so many models to choose from, lucky you, well done, I love your stuff.
