This type of shot is posted frequently, and most people do a better job than this. I just thought this was a particularly awesome sunset, and I thought I'd share it with my friiends. (Note: we get a few like this every year) BTW, this shot is basically unedited except for cropping. I wouldn't know what to do with it anyway.

WOW! That's a great shot. I even stood on my head to look at it upside down and it's even cooler.

WOW, Stunning shot Tom. I'm glad to see you posting more pictures even though it probably has something to do with your post count.

You have friends??

Thanks Sheldon....

Nah, we're not swesting the post count now that we hit 5,000. Nobody's every gong to catch Marie or CDS, and if I can't be number one, it doesn't make a lot of difference if I'm number four or fourteen.

Scott was bound to overtake me anyway because he doesn't spend nearly as much time on the backspace key as I do. In the time I can write one message, he can write four or five. (and I used to be a pretty good typist.....long ago).

Oh boy. We've been watching the news, and it really looks like you guys are in for a time of it. Stay indoors and keep the fire stoked.

Very nice sunset shot. I have never found a PS technique to improve on a good sunset. Cropping is all they need.

Yep, "stunning" is a good word for this one. I simply love a good sunrise or sunset.

Tom, keep taking and posting pics. You've had some good stuff lately. I love seeing it.

Based upon the recent work of Belmondo and CDS, I think that all of the Mods need to allow us to see more of their pictures! Scott, Pekka, Jim????

It's Not Like You Guys Are Too Busy Or Anything keeping an eye on everything! :D

I love the way the glorious clouds seem to go way back forever
