car rigs??

I tried doing a search already and came up with nothing. Maybe i'm mistaken but i thought this forum had some sort of DIY thread for making your own rig to mount to cars via suction cups. Ring a bell for anyone? If it does can you provide a link to it, there is some super useful info in that thread.
