Lowepro Fastpack Backpack 250 or 350?

I really like this series of backpacks, but I was wondering if the 350 was noticeably larger than the 250. I was hoping if someone could tell me which bag fits my needs better.

24-70 2.8L
70-200 2.8L
50 1.4
380EX
2 Sunpak 383
Asus 15.4" Labtop
Skyports

I would like to have the 70-200 2.8L mounted on the 20D most of the time when I'm shooting track days.

With all of the equipment you have, definitely the 350.
The 250 has too many slots that are not wide enough for lenses.
I looked at the 250 and it did not fit all that I wanted to carry. At the time it was the XTi, 17-85 IS, 70-300 IS, 85 1.8 and the 430 flash.
