file size reduction

Can anybody tell me how to reduce a file size so I can submit some of my pictures for comments.

Keep in mind the link was done BEFOR the new sizes allowed for posting. They are 1024 (on longest side) and 150K file size.

Might help you.

Just download any resizing program of use an image editing program. Set the quality a little lower to decrease the file size.
