Tom; Just in case you slip back into that "wish I had some snow" mood. Here's a few more.

Tom must be getting jealous. Look at the amount of shots presented to us by this storm. All he has are clear, warm blue sky's most likely. :D

This is absolutely the best way to enjoy snow....looking at pictures of it.

I think the most snow I ever saw was in the Sierras at Donner Pass. I was driving a Winnebago Class A motorhome, and the snow cuts were higher than the my Winnie. The drifts, and piles of plowed snow were probably 30' in places.

Somewhere there is a photo of me standing on top of the motorhome; the top of the snow cut was just about at my eye level. There are some famous photos of a passenger train that was snowed in near the summit back in the early 1950s, and the snow levels were even with the tops of the telegraph poles.

I have no great desire to ever see that much snow up close.

So you DID get out. :) Can't place #1 & #2, but that pile at IGA will be there until April.

they are beautiful shots Sandy

very glad you showed the last one too as it's terrific .
I love roadway shots and even better if there is snow on them ... or autumn leaves.

but for pictures only I mean:rolleyes:
