Took a few shots of some decore in a customers boat the other day and thought this was kinda nice.

Easier to see the details in the large image. Tough lighting, I think, but you did a good job. That must be quite a nice boat!
You might try stepping back a little bit; I'd like to see your image with the base handles and the top of the lamp in the frame. Just my inexperienced opinion, but my eyes kept getting drawn to those edge points.

Yes Mitch. I see what you're saying. I may try again. It was just one of those photo's that I really didn't think too much of untill I tried doing a few things to it in PS. Then after a couple days of playing I realized it was better untouched and really wasn't a bad photo after all.
I was trying to do something with the window because at first I thought it was kinda bright. (You think?). The blinds are like paper and naturally glow in light. It was just fortunate that it was extremely foggy out.

Yes, there is a nice glow, especially on the wood panel. If you have the opportunity to reshoot, I wonder if a small amount of fill flash would be of benefit? It might open up the shadows a bit, without taking away the natural light on the wood and the edge of the lamp. No cost to experiment. :)

I tried some more shots today. Nothing came out that was any good. Some grainy and some over exposed.:(
