Hi
Hoping someone could name the nice looking but destructive larvae below - chewing their way through predominately red pine young trees about 2-6 feet tall, in quite local areas of our property in Muskoka Ontario. My researh says they're pine sawfly larvae but wantd confirmation, also any suggestions on best way to kill would be appreciated (sorry bug lovers, tree hugging may need to win on this one :) )
