Hi, I'd like some C+C please:

Used Silver EFX Pro "Holga" plug-in to achieve B/W effect..

I don't know how much of the poor tonal qualities of this image are due to the intrinsic characteristics of "Holga" and how much is due to poor choices in the use of the controls. In particular, the highlights are too burned out and the shadows are too blocked up.

Compositionally, I believe there to be at least 2 unfortunate points of tension in the scene, as follows:

1) the horizon running directly into the lower right hand corner
2) the large building almost touching the underside of the bridge
