Thanks to positive comments on another posting, I was encouraged to post about the entire feline family:
First pic is Magella. Super curious cat!!!! I mean that. She's into everything!!! She's also full of endless energy which makes her a handful at times. See another pic here: http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?p=388558#post388558
Second is Gretyl. Gretyl's the big matriarchal alpha cat of the bunch. She commands a lot of respect in the household, but wouldn't hurt a flea. Her good looks and easy temper wins a lot of friends, even at the Vet's office.
Last, but not least, is Darcy. She's the aloof one, acts very independent most of the time, but a softie inside. She's very difficult to photograph since she's almost all black, unless she happens to be in a ray of light, like in this case.
All pictures were taken with a 10D and a Canon 17-40 L lense with minor USM sharpening.
