1. a bit too dark and noisy,
2. Lower your shooting angle, shoot later in the day or in the shade

The flower is way underexposed, nice use of DOF though.

#1. Not enough contrast. Background is distracting. That bright bar probably fooled your light meter into underexposing the image. However, it looks like you should be able to fix it in post processing.

#2. Cute model and pose. Biggest problem is harsh, mid-day sunlight. It made her squint. The details in her eyes were lost to shadow. Flash fill might have helped a little. However, getting the shot in the shade or shooting in morning or late afternoon would have been better.

1. Too soft. Under exposed. Poor composition (too central and too much negative space on the right border.

2. Light ratio is too steep. Lack of detail in portions of the hair. Hot spots on the nose and shoulder.
Nice model. nice pose. If it were mine, I'd definitely keep it
