Well, we've had him around a month or so now, actually. We found him near our house one Sunday afternoon, and he was running out of the woods hollering very loud and when he got to the road, he just sat down in the middle of it! Luckily no cars were coming at the moment, so we were able to get him safely.
He didn't seem hurt or anything, but he was extremely young, and not being able to find out who he belonged to (if he belonged ot anyone) we figured we'd keep him.

These pictures were taken about 2 weeks or so after we got him.. I need to get some more recent ones.

He's a cutie. That's very similar to the way we found our cat. A tiny kitten just sitting there in the middle of a county road, right on the double yellow line. Right after I passed, a dump truck going to other way missed him by inches, so I swung around and grabbed him. There were no houses for at least half a mile in either direction, so I figured it was a stray and we kept him.

Very cute, especially the third pic, looks just like Hobbes, the new one I got the wife for Christmas. They sure grow up fast, though.

He is both cute and very, very lucky. He is most likely someone's "throw-away", that you saved from a miserable, short life. I am sure he will make a fabulous pet.
