Have any of you Canon users out there had the JOY of viewing there images
on the 1-D Mark II in playback without having to use 3-hands , the engineers
@ Canon never sease to amaze me why can't they make A camera easy to
use = like the 10D , playback on this camera is GREAT , so if any of you Canon
1-D Mark II users have any ideas I want to here about it .

playback is fine - easy 1 hand operation (1 hand hold, the other display and select). on the otherhand, changing iso or other settings require a bit of effort and dexterity - but i like that. when i'm also carrying the 10d with a different lens, i find sometimes i have to change the settings which have accidentally been 'bumped'. i also have to quickly get reaquainted. but i'm used to it now
you'll get used to it quickly

I'm with you Dr. Bird..
Yes I got "used to it" but I will still not forgive Canon these particular crimes ;)

I agree, but at least the playback is quick, the 10D took a while to 'boot up'

It wasn't easy at first, then after hours of practicing, now I can chimp real quick within a split second between actions ;)

I must be weird. I prefer the 1D MkIIs operation/menuing system/controls to the 10D any day of the week... and I use both of them regularly.
