I'm not sure I'm going. In fact it's at about 80% not, after last night. While I hate the rain because it keeps me confined to the house, the scorching heat does the same thing...except there's barely any escape from it.

By the way... what is the tab next to the fat content? The one that is 165% of your daily allowance?
It is the % of fat that is unsaturated as opposed to saturated
Saturated and unsaturated
Fat can be divided into two groups - saturated and unsaturated.
Saturated fat is generally solid at room temperature and is usually from animal sources. It's found in lard, butter, hard margarine, cheese, whole milk and anything that contains these ingredients, such as cakes, chocolate, biscuits, pies and pastries. It's also the white fat you can see on red meat and underneath poultry skin. The less saturated fat you eat, the better - a high intake has been linked with an increased risk of coronary heart disease.
Unsaturated fat is usually liquid at room temperature and generally comes from vegetable sources. Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats are both included in this group. Unsaturated fat is a healthier alternative to saturated fat and can be found in vegetable oils such as sesame, sunflower, soya and olive; oily fish, such as mackerel, sardines, pilchards and salmon; and soft margarine.

Harm... scratch is good. Use olive oil.
I do use olive oil...having a Dr as a dad, and plenty more in the family, they kind of drummed it in (Chinese training camp style??) about unhealthy eating etc...
But I enjoy making a top notch meal, so I have no complaints making things from basics....
For example, to make pancakes (nice and fluffly) there are only 4-5 ingredients, and that is it....freshly made....you go to the store and look at all those pre-packaged garbage, the ingredients list is so large, your eyes pop out.....
The only thing i haven't made from scratch is my own pasta...

lol I am drinking fluids (non-alcoholic :( ) and my head hurts worse than this morning (I attribute that to a 3 hr drive in bad traffic oi!) but hopefully once we get this ac going (we can't start it for 3 hrs because we had to lay it down on it's side to bring it home) it should dynamically cool the house down. I'm looking forward to that.

It's not an absolute for sure yet, but it's most likely that we will be going to a conference in Irvine. It is October 24-26 and we usually stay the 27th as well to head to the beach (Newport usually).

I shoot raw so picture styles don't work with that. My color space is SRGB because most labs use that. And I shoot in M (I'm not sure what you mean by AF mode so I hope that answers your question).

My camera is sit to sRGB but I'm considering changing to AdobeRGB and making saving to sRGB part of the workflow after a couple of magazine articles I've read.
As for picture styles, I've never used them. I tend to use P, Tv or Av, depending on what I want to achieve. The only time the camera has been in the 'green box' is when I handed it to someone else to take a group shot - he was a photography student at the local college and he couldn't figure the settings out so switched to the 'green box'.
AF mode - I'm set on AI Servo and I've changed C-Fn 4 so focus is on the * button instead of the shutter button. It took me a few times to get used to it but now it's second nature and I find it much easier to compose off centre subjects. The only time I'll change it back is if someone else is going to be using the camera (so hardly ever).

Sure, Permie. According to the articles, AdobeRGB has a larger 'gamut' or range of colours than sRGB so you are able to edit/process with more information. You then have to save as sRGB if the pic is going to be used in a situation where colour management is not standard, such as on the internet. If your printers use a particular colourspace, then you should change to that before sending it to them to match up, as you do, using sRGB for that I see.
