I have been using my PowerShot S300 with my old computer using Windows 98 and it worked fine.
However, when I tried to use it on my new Dell Laptop with WinXP it does not work.
The camera makes a sound when it connects or disconnects but nothing else happens. It is not recognized by Windows or any programs as being connected.
Anyone have any ideas why or has anyone had this trouble before?? Any suggestions would be helpful.
